Waterfront Yoga is a program of the Edmonds Waterfront Center. Our weekly Prenatal, Baby & Me and Family Yoga classes are held at the Edmonds Waterfront Center located at 220 Railroad Ave. Edmonds, WA.

Class drop-in and monthly registration are both welcome. Registration is directly through the Edmonds Waterfront Center so please visit the reception desk or call (425) 774-5555 for more information on registration.

Prenatal Yoga: Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00-10:00am

Nurture yourself and your growing baby with prenatal yoga for every stage of pregnancy. Develop internal and external strength and flexibility, manage pregnancy discomforts, deepen your connection to your baby and prepare for the incredible experience of childbirth and motherhood. Class is gentle and suitable for all yoga levels. No yoga experience is necessary. The goal of class is to maximize wellness during pregnancy by learning yoga breathwork and poses that support healthy pregnancy, childbirth and the early postpartum period.

Class price: $20/class (drop-in) or $200/month (monthly registration).

Baby & Me Yoga: Mon, Fri 10:30-11:30am

Care for your postpartum body with baby at your side. This gentle and supportive class focuses on the restoration of mind and body after childbirth. Cultivate relaxation and playfully connect with your new baby. Regain muscle strength of the pelvic floor and abdomen and alleviate common discomforts in the neck, shoulders and back. Class is gentle and suitable for all yoga levels. Newborn to one-year-old babies are welcome with their parents/caregivers. The goal of class is to foster postpartum wellness, nurture bonding between baby and parents, and cultivate a supportive community through yoga breathwork and poses.

Class price: $25/class (drop-in) or $175/month (monthly registration).
